All of our products come straight from our store located in Texas, United States.
What is your refund policy and how to return? What are the company conditions for for accepted returns? When do I get refunded?

It is important to note that we require that items are returned in the same pristine condition as they were received, including all original packaging, gift box, receipt, and item tag. We kindly request that you return your item within 14 days of delivery for us to consider your return request. Please note that customized orders, including any alterations requested by the customer, are not eligible for return.

When will my order be sent and when will it arrive? (Shipping info)

  1. We offer free complimentary expedited shipping during this time. All order will be dispatch immediately once we receive the order and process it.  Shipping speed is usually between from 2-5 business days most of the time but sometimes it might take up to 7 days for standard shipping.
  2. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. 
  3. For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
  4. For security reasons, we may not intercept a package or alter its delivery once it has been handed over to the carrier. If you need to change any information for an order (shipping / billing address, payment information, etc.) you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at our email shop_info@cindyjewelry.co  If your order has been successfully cancelled, you may submit a new revised order.
